From your first question, to the right clinic.
A free call with a care navigator, an introduction to a licensed partner clinic if you want one, and no pressure at any step.
Step by step
Five steps, at your pace.
Step 1
Tell us a little
Fill in a short form or call us: your name, how to reach you, your ZIP code and what you are curious about. Nothing else is required, and you can stop at any time.
Step 2
A care navigator calls you
Usually on the next business day. Your navigator answers general questions in plain English: what cell therapies are, how they are regulated, what they can and cannot promise, and what a consultation involves.
Step 3
We look for a partner clinic
If you want to go further, we tell you about independent, licensed partner clinics near you, nearest first. Partner clinics buy products from RegenerateLife, and we say so up front; you are free to choose any provider, in our network or not. We share your details with a clinic only after you say yes.
Step 4
Your consultation
The clinic’s licensed clinician reviews your medical history, examines you, explains options, risks and alternatives, and gives you a written price. They decide whether you are a candidate; you decide whether to go ahead.
Step 5
Your care, your follow-up
If you choose care, it happens at the clinic, under the clinic’s responsibility, with the clinic’s follow-up. We stay available for general questions, and we want to hear how it went.
Our promise
What we will never do.
A care navigator is there to inform you and connect you, never to sell you something. These are written into how we work.
- Give medical advice or diagnose
- Tell you a therapy will work
- Pressure you or rush a decision
- Charge you a fee
- Share your details with a clinic without your permission
- Sell your information
No partner clinic near you yet?
Our network is forming, and we would rather tell you so than send you somewhere we have not vetted. Join the list for your area and we will let you know when a partner clinic joins.
Considering another clinic?
Wherever you go, ask the same questions: who examines you, which product is used and who made it, what its regulatory status is, and what the total price is in writing.
Questions
Before you ask.
Is RegenerateLife a clinic?
No. RegenerateLife is not a clinic or a medical provider and does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice. We explain regenerative therapies in plain English and, with your permission, introduce you to independent, licensed partner clinics. Every medical decision is made by you and a licensed clinician.
Do you charge patients?
No. Talking to a RegenerateLife care navigator is free. If you choose to see a partner clinic, the clinic sets and quotes its own price, and you pay the clinic directly.
Are stem cell therapies FDA-approved?
Most stem cell and exosome offerings available in U.S. clinics today are not approved by the FDA. The FDA has approved very few cell therapies, each for specific uses. Ask any clinic about the regulatory status of what it offers before you decide.
How do I find a partner clinic near me?
Request a call with a care navigator and tell us where you are. Our partner network is forming; if there is no partner clinic near you yet, we will tell you honestly and let you know when one joins.
What does a care navigator do?
A navigator answers general questions about how regenerative therapy works, helps you prepare questions for a clinic and, with your permission, introduces you to a partner clinic. Navigators are not clinicians: they do not give medical advice, diagnose or recommend a therapy.
How do you choose partner clinics?
Partner clinics must be run by licensed healthcare providers under a medical director, follow applicable state law, use written informed consent, keep product records and report adverse events. We verify licenses before a clinic joins and review partners regularly.
Do you get paid when I go to a clinic?
We never charge patients, and we do not take a fee per referral or a share of what you pay a clinic. RegenerateLife is paid as a supplier when a partner clinic buys products from us, which is why we hold partner clinics to written standards.
Does insurance cover it?
Usually not. Most insurance plans do not cover stem cell or exosome offerings. Ask the clinic for a written quote before you decide anything.
What if there is no partner clinic near me?
We will tell you honestly. You can join the list for your area and we will let you know when a partner clinic joins. In the meantime we can share the questions worth asking any clinic you are considering.
Ready when you are.
A short form, a free call, and no obligation at any point.
