RegenerateLife (“we”, “us”) explains regenerative therapies, introduces people to independent partner clinics with their permission, and supplies products to licensed practices. This policy explains what we collect on regeneratelife.co and by phone, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are not a healthcare provider, and we ask you not to send us medical records.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, what you are interested in, the best time to call, and anything you choose to write in a form or tell a navigator.
- From clinics and providers: practice and contact details, role, state, NPI and the information in a partner application.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept for security. We store a one-way hash of your IP address with a form submission to prevent abuse.
We do not use advertising trackers, sell data, or set advertising cookies on this site.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry by phone, text or email, as you asked.
- To look for a partner clinic near you and, only with your permission, introduce you.
- To review and respond to partner applications.
- To keep the site secure, and to meet legal obligations.
When we share it
- With a partner clinic, only with your permission. We share your name, contact details and the questions you want answered so the clinic can contact you. The clinic then handles your information under its own policies and the laws that apply to it.
- With service providers that host this site, deliver email or handle calls for us, under contracts that limit their use of it.
- When the law requires it, or to protect someone’s safety.
We never sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Health information
Some states treat information about your health interests as sensitive “consumer health data”. We collect only what you choose to share, use it only to respond to you and, with your consent, connect you with a clinic, and delete it on request. Please do not send medical records, test results or images.
Calls and texts
If you give us your number, we contact you about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask us not to call. Calls may be recorded for quality only where the law allows and after we tell you.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, withdraw consent to share it with a clinic, or opt out of contact at any time. Residents of states with privacy laws (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, Virginia and Washington) have additional rights, which we honor for everyone. We do not discriminate against anyone for using them.
Age
Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
Information is sent over encrypted connections and stored on access-restricted systems. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting you, we will notify you as the law requires.
